Andrei is listed as an arbitrator in several international commercial arbitration institutions.
Furthermore, Andrei frequently serves as a national expert in various projects implemented in Moldova by international organizations and development partners such as the European Union, German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ), Swedish Government, USAID, KfW, among others. In this capacity, he has contributed to legal and policy drafting primarily in the fields of finance and business, playing a key role in major projects such as the "Prima Casa" Government Project (providing affordable financing for homes), the Law on crowdfunding services, and the legal framework for the Moldovan SMEs Support Fund (FACEM/ODA), among others.
