Andrei Bivol is a lawyer from Moldova, where he has practiced law since 2010. He holds extensive experience in handling disputes in Moldovan courts across all levels of jurisdiction, having litigated well over100 administrative, civil, and commercial cases. He has represented a wide range of clients, including international organizations, multinational corporations, local companies, and public figures in high-profile cases.

In addition to his domestic practice, Andrei has significant international experience. He has represented applicants in more than 40 cases before the European Court of Human Rights. He is actively involved in international litigation in foreign jurisdictions and in various international arbitration institutions such as ICSID, PCA, and SCC, as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Andrei is listed as an arbitrator in several international commercial arbitration institutions.

Furthermore, Andrei frequently serves as a national expert in various projects implemented in Moldova by international organizations and development partners such as the European Union, German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ), Swedish Government, USAID, KfW, among others. In this capacity, he has contributed to legal and policy drafting primarily in the fields of finance and business, playing a key role in major projects such as the "Prima Casa" Government Project (providing affordable financing for homes), the Law on crowdfunding services, and the legal framework for the Moldovan SMEs Support Fund (FACEM/ODA), among others.
