Full Commission hearing of Judge Angela Bostan from the Central Court of Appeal

The evaluation of Angela Bostan, Judge of the Central Court of Appeal, was referred to the full Judicial Vetting Commission, in accordance with Article 33, paragraph (4) of the Commission's Rules of Organization and Functioning, after the panel failed to reach a consensus on the case.

In this context, the Commission decided to hold a hearing with the participation of all its members.
