Details of the Vetting Commission hearings on 4 March

Monday, March 4th, the Vetting Commission will hear five candidates for the position of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) and one candidate for the position of member of the Board for the selection and evaluation of judges within the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM), regarding whom no integrity doubts have been identified.

The hearings will take place via videoconference for the Commission members, who will connect online, while the candidates and those monitoring the process will be physically present in the room.

Hearing Schedule

10:00 - Dumitru Racoviță, candidate for the position of member in the Board for the selection and svaluation of judges of the SCM
10:30 - Diana Stănilă, candidate for the position of judge SCJ
11:00 - Ion Munteanu, candidate for the position of judge SCJ
11:30 - Stela Procopciuc, candidate for the position of judge SCJ
12:00 - Stella Bleșceaga, candidate for the position of judge SCJ
12:30 - Adrian Cerbu, candidate for the position of judge SCJ

The candidate for SCM, Tatiana Tabuncic, has exercised her right not to participate in the hearings and has confirmed via email the correctness and validity of the information provided to the Commission during the evaluation.

The hearings will take place at the premises of SCM - Chișinău, str. M. Eminescu 5. Those interested in the external evaluation process are invited to participate in the hearings, notifying the Commission Secretariat in advance via e-mail press@vettingmd.eu
