HEARINGS on 25 to 29 of April 2024

For April 25th, 26th, and 29th, the Vetting Commission has invited five subjects for hearings, under evaluation in terms of financial and ethical integrity as candidates for various positions within the judicial self-administration bodies. Several candidates have confirmed their attendance for the hearings on 25 and 26 April, while others have yet to notify the Commission regarding their participation in the interviews.

Thursday,25 April

Friday, 26April

09:30 AM - Ghenadie MÎRA, candidate for the Evaluation and Selection Board of Judges

12:30 PM - Vitalie CIUCHITU, candidate for the Superior Council of Magistracy

Monday, 29April

09:00 AM - Evghenii SANDUȚA, candidate for the Evaluation and Selection Board of Judges (TBC)

11:00 AM - Stelian TELEUCĂ, candidate for the Disciplinary Board (TBC)

The hearings will take place at the premises of SCM - Chișinău, str. M. Eminescu 5. Individuals interested in the external evaluation process for judges are encouraged to take part in the hearings by notifying the Commission Secretariat in advance via email press@vettingmd.eu  

Note: Third parties present in the interview room are prohibited from filming, live broadcasting, or taking photographs. The organizers will record the hearings through audio and video methods. Interested journalists will receive photographs from the hearings from the Commission's Secretariat.
