They passed the evaluation and can access positions in the specialized Boards of the SCM

Judge Valentina Stratulat, candidate for a position as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM), and Judge Vladislav Schibin, candidate for both the Disciplinary Board and the Selection and Evaluation Board of Judges of the SCM, passed the external evaluation conducted by the Judicial Vetting Commission.

According to the decisions adopted by the Commission, both judges meet the financial integrity and ethical criteria established by Law 26/2022, under which they were evaluated.

The decisions were communicated to the candidates today, and the evaluation results have been published on the Commission's website. Candidates have 48 hours to notify whether they oppose the publication of the decisions. In the absence of such notification, the decisions will be published.

Vladislav Schibin serves as a judge at the Bălți Court and was heard by the Commission on 15 June, while Valentina Stratulat, a judge at the Ungheni Court, exercised her right not to participate in the hearing.
