Vetting Commission Chairperson, Scott Bales, took part in the 5th edition of the "Justice and Anticorruption Reforms Forum"

In his intervention within the panel Judicial vetting and the Supreme Court of Justice reform, Scott Bales shared his insights into the extensive integrity evaluation process of the actors in the judiciary and emphasized the Commission's commitment to uphold transparency, integrity, and the rule of law.

“The Vetting Commission brings with it a remarkable blend of experience, investigative work, and a profound understanding of judicial ethics and vetting processes. With the extensive background, all its members are uniquely qualified to provide insights into the ongoing efforts to reshape the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova”, stated Scott Bales during the proceedings of the Forum.

"We aim to carry out our assumed tasks independently, transparently, and fairly, within a reasonable timeframe", reiterated the chairperson Bales.
