The Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) has submitted to the Vetting Commission for evaluation a candidate for the position of member of the SCM to represent the courts of appeal.

Judge Stefan Starciuc of the Comrat Court of Appeal will be evaluated in terms of financial and ethical integrity under the criteria established in the Law no. 26/2022 on measures related to the selection of candidates for the positions of members in the self-administration bodies of judges and prosecutor.
