One more judge, candidate to the Disciplinary Board, will be assessed for integrity by the Vetting Commission

The Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) has submitted to the Vetting Commission one more candidate for evaluation. Judge Serafim Vasilache from the Chișinau Court is a candidate for the position of member of the Disciplinary Board of judges.

Serafim Vasilache, along with eleven other candidates for positions in the Disciplinary Board of the SCM, will be evaluated in terms of financial and ethical integrity under the criteria established in the Law no. 26/2022 on measures related to the selection of candidates for the positions of members in the self-administration bodies of judges and prosecutor.
